Shipping policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless a free-shipping promotion or offer is specifically stated.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by one of our fulfillment partners. Because of that, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@alsexysocks.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to change an address after an order has entered fulfillment.

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@alsexysocks.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
